Help -- No Lye by mistake!!!

Please tell me I won't be completely bald in a few days/weeks/months

I just realized that I used a no lye relaxer on my hair by mistake. I have been going to a stylist who used affirm on my hair for over a year now, so when I decided to go to a new (and better) stylist I searched the city for affirm, finally found it and took it to my appointment. My hair turned out quite lovely.

However, I was just reading some posts and it turns out that the affirm I bought was no lye, I didn't even know they had a no lye relaxer, even though there was a activator!!! silly silly me.

I'm wondering if there will be any long term damage especially since I have to relax again next month and will go back to using a lye relaxer.

You shouldn't have any problems. I used to switch between lye and no lye all the time with no problems. Only difference is the hair relaxed with lye was softer, and shinier.

Yeah. You only did the newgrowth right? I don't think it's going to be awful awful.
