Hello ladies, I posted this once, got one suggestion and it did not work. I use bark brown and for some reason my roots are light brown and the rest of my hair is black. I love dark hair but this looks bad. My hair is very healthy, no split ends or damage. I do not have any grey hair in my head so grey roots are not the problem. I don't know what to do. Does any one know how to fix this mess? I thought about using black in this products but I really don't want to make things worse or could it make it worse? I do not want light brown roots. Some one please help.
