Hello I wanted to introduce myself, and thank ALL of the ladies here for helping me to take better care of my hair. My name is Amani and I have been lurking on LHCF for a month and a half. I have APL hair thanks to you believe it or not I have gained an inch or two in the past month by following all of your great advice. I have been co-washing every other day and deep conditioning once a week. I have relaxed hair, but I have not had a perm in three months. I'm not sure IF I'll perm again. (still unsure) I was also experiencing breakage and I crushed garlic and mixed it with olive oil and it has helped tremendously. Again thank you VERY much. I look forward to sharing my hair journey with you.
