How do you do a bun with kinky extension hair?!?!?!?!

Hi...

Ok here it is, I want to do a protective style to keep my ends isolated from the air for too long, so I have figured that the bun is the best way.

But as my hair is natural, does anyone here know how to do a bun with added kinky hair?

I want the bun to look natural, I have the kinky hair, just dont know how I would attach it etc.. mind I will be taking it down every day to co wash etc

So help please!

Maybe you could try the 'Signature Bun' on the Keep it Simple Sista Blog. Its at the bottom of the page.

Perhaps you could add the hair to the twists you make?

You could make a sock bun with the kinky hair as a base. I made one here. http://fluffy-lvr.livejournal.com/3641.html I used jumbo KK hair that I ratted up a little bit for lack of a better term to match my texture more. Also I recommend using a black sock. If your hair won't cover a whole sock try cutting one in half.
