How do you use \"ULTRA THICK HAIR SHAKE\"?

I've had this sitting in my cupboard for a long time. I tried it once by putting a scoop full in a cup of OJ and stirring it with a spoon. It floated to the top and didn't blend well.

What should I do to make it taste good??
FYI: I bought one of those battery operated hand mixers I just need to know what to mix it with and do /i have to whip it long. Thanks.

I drink mine with reduced fat 2% milk, it tastes so good with milk!!! I hand stir mine, even though it doesn't blend well like you said. The stuff at the top doesn't bother me i just go ahead and drink!!
