I AM SO FREAK-NIKING EXCITED!!!

Before I went on lunch, I had the intention of going to Ulta, just to browse around a bit. Well, I went into an album to see this lady's hair (can't think of her screenname ). Well, I noticed she had a Conair rollabout dryer in her album. She stated she got it from Sally's. I was like 'I've never seen that dryer in Sally's!' I went to the website and they said you could only get it in the stores. I went to Sally's on my lunch break and the sales associate was so nice! She gave me a salon equipment book and guess what? I ordered me the ConairPro Rollabout Dryer for only $99.00!!!! I was going to get this new Babybliss Hard Hat dryer which is specifically for long hair

but that bad boy is $1000!!! NO MA'AM! My Conair has 1600 watts compared to the Kwik and EZ dryers that only have 1000 or 970 watts. I am so happy! I will be buying more rollers and I will set my two strands for an instant twistout now!!!

Oh another thing- I discovered a new Indian store nearby my home!!! Can you say Alma (Amla )?

I hear you! Most ppl wouldnt understand why we care so much about something like a hair dryer. I literally almost threw a fit because I got a awesome deal on a pibbs (170 bucks for the 514!) on ebay and I really wanted to pay asap because I wanted it shipped out this week. My fiance misunderstood how I was trying to pay with paypal and was transferring money into his paypal which takes a few days to do,when all we had to do was use the debit card so it would be immediate payment. He went ahead and used the debit card anyway even though the money is being transferred and will just transfer it back to his account when it gets there.

He was looking at me like I was a maniac because I was so set on getting that dryer to me NOW lol.... All he said was Id better use that thing as much as he has heard about it lol...
I cant wait cant wait cant wait to get it and do a rollerset this weekend! I have Macherie's dvd coming too so I should be armed and ready!

Oooooo that IS exciting! Is the conair on the level with pibbs? Is it ionic? Im dying to get a new dryer I just don't know which one to get. I told my SO thats all I want for my birthday and he looked at me like I was from another planeterplexed

Are you happy with this dryer? Does it give you the short drying time like the infamous Pibbs dryer? I'm curious because I'm looking for a good quality dryer myself. I would like to do more roller sets and not have to be under the dryer for hours or airdry for 24 hours.

I saw this dryer in the store yesterday, but I didn't have time to stop and inquire about it. How does it do with your hair? The reasonable cost is enough to make me buy it, but I want to make sure that its gonna cut my drying time down.

I love it! Now granted I have only used it to dry my hair when after washing to prep for bed. I haven't used it to do roller sets or anything yet. I don't know if it's ionic- this wasn't a personal criteria of mine when I purchased it.
