Puuurty! I have just began doing bantu knots as well! On dry, already straight hair I do about 10 bantu knots and I have mermaid waves in the am:grin:. When I get really lazy I just do 2-one on each side for big body waves! I am waaaay too lazy to do anymore than 10 knots but its ok cuz I like loose waves. U have some gorgeous hair BTW!!!

Girl, I already told you your hair is straight up divine . You could probably do anything and it would look beautiful...that set did turn out really well though....sigh one day I hope my hair is half as beautiful....:kiss3::afro::afro2::locks:

Absolutely Frickin GAW-GEOUS!!! I love the wave ringlets

aww thank you!! Yea I use to do them on straight hair also I just never tried it on my natural hair but hey its different!

You have been nominated to post a bantu knot tutorial for those of us who need visuals!!!

Your knots out looks soooo nice! I love the angles to the bantu knots. I usually wind up having to work hard to close the "holes"!

Your hair is fabulous! :yep:

I love them, they look great. I may need to try them on my daughter.

It turned out beautifully! Thank you for sharing! :)

I love it! Big and fluffy... just the way I like!

I agree with everyone and your hair turned out beautifully! I don't care how the set looks as long as the end result are great - and your's are great!!

So, the Bantu knot is basically another version of the 'pin curl?' You section, twist/spiral up and pin?

This is acheived through washed and hood dryer set in?

Thanks for the responses and photos...I learn by looking:grin:
