I have been cowashing (or whatever you want to call it) this way for 2yrs now. I find it to work much better than when I rinse everything out. Sometimes I do apply conditioner to the hair to detangle and rinse but I always add more when I am finished as a leave in. I wouldn't do it any other way.

Its good to see others doing it. It really is much easier and makes more sense AS opposed to the other madness I DID
not saying I wont ever do any of that again, just saying this works and there isnt a need for all that drama
basically to me its just water rinsing/cleansing , with product in it before and applied after to leave in.
and the main thing it does is let you leave in your oils/conditioners previously used for co washing/oil rinsing , in your hair longer, instead of immediate rinsing out.
