I dye my hair again, and hate the color.

I must be crazy or something I BC because of bleach damage and here I go and dye my hair again, well at least it was just color, no bleach, no ammonia so in that part is not that bad, at least, I just don't like my hair black

Lmao, yeah I couldn't help it, it was just calling my name, lol but ima try to keep the dye on low, and I just want my hair to be long and healthy, I really love my curls so no more BC I need to get my staple products, having a lil problem finding the right ones for my hair, and thanks for the compliment.

What dye did you use? It looks nice, but I don't think you could lighten your hair that much without peroxide or ammonia...usually the no ammonia formulas will only lighten your hair a couple of shades and they are not permanent.

IMO, you look better with dark hair. Not black, but just dark brown.

It had peroxide, jut no ammonia, and here it's a pic of the color I used.

since you already lightened your hair, if you do decide to go darker, i would do it with a semi-perm color/rinse, or with a gentle deposit-only hair color.

I think that once you go blonde its hard to go back to your old color. I have a friend that was WSL and dyed her hair blonde. The hair dye ate away all of her hair. Towards the end she had neck length, scraggly, dry and brittle hair but it wasn't until we did an intervention that she stopped dying it blonde LOL She went back to black and her hair is waist length again and she looks great.

Just be careful since you're trying to grow it out. I used to dye my hair red (I called it Dominican red LOL) back in the 90's so I hear ya. You're just trying to mix it up and have fun.

Girl, we told you in that last thread to go with a light-medium brown!
I think your hair is cute, but if you're unhappy, try putting a brown rinse on top to see if you like it. At least it won't be permanent.

I think it's cute. Plus the color usually settles in and darkens slightly after a couple weeks. Don't do anything to it just yet.

You're lucky. I could never get a color that light without bleach. I know some can tho.
