I washed and conditioned, DC'ed with hair cholesterol, then put on Tresemme and Got2B's heat protectant (I know, I was paranoid).

This was like...a month ago? So, it's a bit longer now.

I got tired of the color though and I'm impatient, so I dyed my whole head blue-black...AND I LOVE IT. I'm not allergic to PPD, so I just used box dye. Yes, I've experienced some breakage from the black dye, but I figure a lot of people on here take their hair up to a caramel/honey color...or people with greys dye their hair black...and experience the same but still retain length.

It's a wonder none of this has reacted with the henna I did a while ago.:drunk: (bleach, semi-permanent color, permanent color)

CAN I JUST SAY, I am totally blown about my hair looking different every week, haha. It's like for every 1/8 inch, my curls decide to stick out a different way. I think it's time to put it back in a ponytail/puff. :yep:

I like it. I use box black dye with no problems. You have cute quirky little style too. Very cute!
