Hey ladies, I got my first sew in on Saturday. I had been debating w/myself on whether I should get a weave or braids because I am now 7 months post and this hair is stressing me out. So I found my weaveologist(lol) on craigslist. I was a little bit nervous but I think it came out ok. I'm still a little self conscious about the weave, just because I know that it isn't all mine. I bought Goddess Remi Hair and it was 2 packs of 12in for $85 and I paid the stylist $80 to do it.

looks very nice, but i wanted to clarify about the hair price, did you pay $85 per bag or total for the two bags of 12'?

It costs $59 a bag here, so I'm wondering if you paid $85 for the 2 bags and if so, where'd you purchase it (if you ordered online, etc)

Very pretty...the first and last sew-in I got... I looked like a black Pam Anderson lol. She did a roller-set and it was a nightmare. Yours is beautiful, weave does not work with me ( or I don't work with it, LOL).

hey your my weave inspiration! I love your hair girl! But the hair was actually 2 bags for $85 (12in) at the bss near me.

^^there's on a little bit of hair left out at the top and i think the lady braided everything towards the middle and then braided all the braids as one, i think :/

it looks good i must admit....I've used that hair when I used to get relaxers......loved it!!!! I've been thinking about getting a full sew in with it!!!! hope u enjoy it, how long do u plan to keep it in?

I agree it looks really good! I love it! I had my sister do my first sew in and Babyyy, that sucker came down at 3 am, I was crying I couldn't sleep, my scalp was hurting, My husband was up with me cutting it out, he was fussing, but we got it out, my head hurt, she will never touch my head again! I want to try again but with someone else.

QUESTION? how does the closure work? My niece does hair and she does the closure, does that mean no hair is left out?

I think it looks really good. I don't know how it looks in person, but in the pics it looks very natural.
