I really want a new flat iron. I would like to spend no more than $50. Would love the edges to curve to prevent breakage (that's why I want to replace mine). Also want ceramic. I've been looking, but to tell the truth, I'm overwhelmed. Any suggestions out there?
Start with one that looks interesting, google it to learn more about it. Its such a personal choice. Once you find one with features that you like in your price range, then narrow it down. That should make your selection easier. I just ordered a chi nano with a temperature control, cause I don't like to use really hot irons in my hair, and the temp doesn't exceed 350 degrees.
To me, this was an important feature to have. If you chose a name brand (there are lots to chose from) you will not be disappointed! There are also articles on line about how to choose a flat iron that is right for you. Happy hunting!
