Has anyone ever used this shampoo? It is a clarifying shampoo that I found in the local BSS this weekend. I used it and am in love. I bought a 4 oz. bottle for $1.09. It contains tea, ammonium lauryl sulfate, biotin, B6, and yarrow, and some other things I can't remember. It works well for a bi monthly clarifier and didn't strip my hair as much as Pantene seems to do.

I hate anything by IC but I am glad you found something you like about the products. I use Nexxus Aloe Clarifying Shampoo and it works well.

I used that before and I didn't like it because it made my hair feel like cotton. I was using it as a regular shampoo, so that's why that happened. I wouldn't mind giving it another though. Currently I'm using V05 clarifying shampoo that I use twice a month. It doesn't strip my hair so much.

yes! i've been using this for a while now!
i love IC products. i deep condition my hair with their deep conditioner or reconstructor and my hairdresser says my hair is so strong. after i straighten my hair and she washes it out and combs out my hair with the conditioner, she says not a strand comes out.

I can only give *props* to that IC Tea Shampoo
(as a clarifier)! Have used it off 'n on since
the early 80's, then lost access to the product
when my BSS stopped carrying it! : (
I know it may have a few "harmful" ingredients
listed on it, but boy did it do a great job *without*
dryin' up my hair...
And I must say that the SMELL of that
shampoo was sooooo good.
One good lathering is all it took to get
my hair clean & free of product build-up.
I really miss my IC Super Tea
