-I'm thankful that I found LHCF! I havent even known about this site for a year and I can already tell the turn around my hair has made! Even though I dont have the length yet people are always telling me how healthy my hair looks. :giggle:

-I am thankful for being able to find my staple products so quickly (Skala and coconut oil ) and that they dont cost me and arm and a leg

-I am thankful that the stigma about black hair isnt true! And I WILL be all Natural WL before I graduate from college.

-Lastly, I am thankful for everybody on this forum. The oldies, the newbies and the in-betweens. Everybody is so helpful and nice and what makes this forum feel like home and not just a list of facts.

i am thankful for not being bald, for the thickness of my hair, and for the length of my hair because i couldve been one of those fried died and laid to the side girls but fortunately i had a mother who actually cared about my hair and lhcf :)

and this doesnt have anything to do with hair but im also thankful that i got a 98 on my psych paper!wootwoooot! and i will be celebrating this weekend by going to the club lol

Im thankful that my hair has stopped breaking off at the slightest touch. If it want for this site, I know for a fact I would b BALD by now

I'm thankful for knowing how to care for my natural hair, length and thickness, Miss Keys 10 n 1, wide tooth combs, and grease for my ends :)

I am thankful for this board and all of the great information that you all have shared to get my hair on the grow. With all of your knowledge I was successful in transitioning from relaxed hair, then the BC and now on the way to natural APL!!! Without all of the knowledge that you shared I would not be in this happy hair state of mind. I am thankful that my hair loves me and I love my hair~ Have a wonderful Holiday season.

I am thankful for the wealth of information that LHCF has given me. I am also thankful for my ability to use the information to completely transform my hair. It feels good when people ask ME what I'm doing to my hair when I used to ask THEM the same question.

Great thread!

Let's see...I'm thankful for finding LHCF. I've met some amazing people including my hair guru JJamiah. I'm thankful for finally deciding to transition back to my natural hair and embracing the texture that I have. I'm also thankful for the knowledge I've gained from being a nosey lurker in almost every thread :sekret: b/c I'm not SL for the first time in I can't tell you how long! :weird:

I'm thankful for LHCF and my sisters on here who have kept me sane through the hair struggles and lulls! I'm now MBL and hoping for WL! :)
I'm also very thankful that I've been inspired to take the plunge to transition to natural. November 27th marks 12 months post-relaxer! :yay:
Most of all, I'm thankful that as I learn to let my hair be, I still have a KISS routine that keeps it growing and flowing!

I'm thankful for LHCF and all of the wonderful ladies (you know who you are) that have taken a personal interest in me and my progress. I thank you for the advice and most of all, friendship. My hair and regimen is still not fully established, but I believe that 2011 is my year. Bring it!

thankful that my hair is getting stronger and fuller and overall healthier
thankful that my color is growing out

for the hair section inspiring to stop hiding under wigs(i was clueles/scared on how to style my hair) and rock my natural hair most of the time....i have more options for styling my hair than i ever imagined.
the natural living section of this board, which has allowed me to make new friends with like minded people and inspired me to become veggie.
for making friends with ladies at meetups that i hope will last a longtime to come.
for learning a wealth of info on a variety of subjects for only $6.50 a yr.

I am thankful for lhcf and the friends i have made and i am also thankful for finally having healthy hair and not being embarrassed to wear it out because its broken and chewed up.

I am thankful for LHCF and all the advice of hair care that I am learning and can share with others. (I also brag about this site to ANYONE who ask me about my hair.) I am thankful that JOICO K Pack line and I have met.:yep:. I am thankful to be on my way healthy SL hair.

I LOVE this thread! We're always posting problems on this board, sometimes we forget how far we've come.

I'm Thankful:

For LHCF, NaturallyCurly, YT, Hair Blogs and all internet Info about up-to-date hair care that you could never find in books.

For my Setbacks. I agree they can be a good thing. If It wasn't for my scalp's allergic reaction to relaxer, I would've thought natural hair was only for women with good hair. It forced me to search for alternatives, gain knowledge, and now I know that relaxing is a choice:yep:

For My Natural Hair Texture, and the Eye-Opening Journey I made to find that my natural hair CAN be manageable. When I built an allergic reaction to chemicals (relaxer/jheri curl)......I was sooo worried. I thought I'd have short unmanageable hair the rest of my life:sad::sad:
But.... NOT TRUEE

Thank God he gave ALL ethnic groups the ability to grow healthy hair!!!!

Lol! Look at me above! he he!

I'm thankful:
1) My hair is WL on the way to HL!
2) I am almost 24 months post relaxer (on Nov 27th)
3) I have God in my Life still!
4) I have LHCF and my website!

I am thankful for all the nice people I have met on LHCF. I am blessed.

I am also thankful for the information shared here :)

I'm thankful that my transition ended and that I am now fully natural. I'm also thankful that my edges are thick as is my hair. Finally, I'm thankful that I am a part of LHCF where hairspiration abounds.

I'm thankful for this site and its affordable subscription! Im thankful for my thick, healthy and relaxed hair texture. ;)

I am thankful for a husband who doesn't complain about all my hair adventures

I am thankful for LHCF because my hair doesn't look jacked even on my worst days:)

I am thankful I got someone to teach me how to cornrow. Now all I need to do is practice.

I am thankful for having RL friends to share my journey with.

I am thankful for
1. having heathy hair that's the softest, bounciest it's been since I was a child because of all the information on LCHF
2.all the LCHF members who willingly share the good/bad of their hair journey in order to help the rest of us
3. a 2-month shedding setback that only lasted 2 months! and reminded me that I know my hair, my body BEST.

I'm thankful I finally found a good stylist here.
I'm thankful that I started on course to transition to natural - I'm really learning a lot about my hair and acceptance. Also, my hair is significantly thicker than it was. Woo hoo!
And I'm thankful for hair dye. Goodbye gray hairs!
