Awwww don't hide your hair, its beautiful!
Its going to take a while to be comfortable with the length and new texture. Trust me I did the BC in Sept and almost a year later I'm finally comfortable wearing my hair out in public. Its been trial and error with products. My hair is uneven too but I don't plan on cutting until my curly hair is very long. Keep giving it some TLC and it'll be long as heck before you know it

I love the texture and I know soon you'll embrace your new do and come on here rockin some awesome new look.

But this is the best time to just let your hair relax and grow. I'm natural too and I don't wear my hair out a lot now but I do love my wigs, ponytails and scarfs.

Keep Smiling girl, you have just proven to many women that they can transition for over 17 months and walk away with beautiful, healthy hair.

Congratulations, your hair is beautiful! When I (and I'm sure others) bc'd, it took a minute to get comfy because it didn't do exactly what I thought it would do....the angles, the textures...it was just a lil different then I thought it would be. But I got comfy and just used to it in no time and I'm sure you will too.
