I haven't shampood my hair in about 2 weeks but I just did a condition wash(honey,oil, cholesterol) on Saturday. Is it safe to do a touch-up on Monday (2 days later)?

To avoid burning, I would wait at least 4 days, and base the scalp well. HTH

I'm really torn right now. I have a deadline. I'm leaving to Miami on Friday which means i have to get my hair done on Thursday which means I have to get my hair relaxed on Monday ( in order to have a 3 day waiting period in between washes). I really wished I had planned this better.
I've been basing my scalp for the last 2 or 3 weeks and I've been deep conditioning for the past 2 weeks.
Now that you have a little more info, does the answer change?
