is there a trick to get the hair on your nape to lay down?

the hair on my nape area is really getting out of control. I know for edges there's always the scart trick, but any tricks like that for the nape?

I use the scarf for my nape also. When I want to concentrate on that area, i'll fold the scarf and put the wide part on the nape and tie it in the front. HTH
