I am so happy that I found this site one year ago. After having short hair for a long period of time, I wanted a change. This site inspired me even more and I thank all of you! I treated myself to a one year anniversary gift and bought a Sedu flat iron.

*I do a hot oil treatment with EVOO, Jojoba, and Coconut Oils for about 30 minutes.
*Shampoo with Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose
*Aubrey Organics GPB for 30 minutes
*Deep Condition with Aubrey's Honeysuckle Rose for 30-45 minutes
*Giovanni Direct Leave In and Redken Heat Glide for my rollerset

Wednesdays/Thursdays
*Shampoo with Honeysuckle Rose
*Deep Condition with Honeysuckle Rose for 30-45 minutes
*Giovanni Direct Leave In and Redken Heat Glide for my rollerset

**I use magnetic rollers for my sets. Yellow for a tight curl, beige for a wavy curl, and aqua for when I want to wear my hair straight.

I moisturize daily with Giovanni Vitapro Fusion and seal with Coconut Oil. I really focus on my ends! I also do a scalp massage daily.

To avoid heat, I roll my hair using satin rollers, pincurls, wrap my hair using a satin scarf or put it in a bun.

I stretch my relaxers to 10-12 weeks.

Right now I take GNC NourishHair, Silica, Vitamin C, Flaxseed Oil and Nioxin.

I agree Faith!! I started with Aubrey Organics and Giovanni products a year ago. I've been very pleased with their products. It is very hard for me to pick my favorite! I recently added Vitapro to my regimen and was asking myself what took me so long to get it!
