Jarrow Biotin 5mg

Has anyone tried this and if so what are the results. And are there any other brands of biotin that come in 5mg that give great results?

That is what I take. The capsule is on 5mg form. After I finished one bottle of the drops, I have been taking the capsules for along time now. I just prfer the capsules, but even with the drops I used to put them in an empty veggie cap that Vitamin shoppe sells.

I can't say how well they have worked for my hair because I do so many things to try to keep my hair in tip top shape.

I do know that my nails are stronger, although I don't think it makes them grow faster.

There is another thread on Biosil and ladies have reported that they are seeing results in only a few days or weeks!

Honestly, I had not been able to see consistent steady results in my nails for a few months. My hair grows at a normal steady rate on Biosil when I don't use any growth aids to speed it up even faster

Also, I used to suffer from really dry skin. I don't have that problem anymore, but again, I am doing other things that help like drinking lots of water, etc.

I take Puritan Pride 5mg...Like Honey Dew, I do alot of things for my hair so I can't say Biotin is the only thing responsible for my progress..It has been mentioned that Freeda Biotin is good...FYI Puritan Pirde has a buy one get one free sale going on right now....

Thank you to the bothof you, i may try it, as my skin is always dry in cold weather. I have some freeda, im low on it, my hair did grow about an inch in a month, however it takes forever to get here, i guess i just have a lackof patience

Oh, BioTIN, I thought it said BioSIL.

Ok, disregard everything I said!

I don't take Biotin.

But, so mnay ladies have reported some GREAT results with it. Almost makes me want to try it.
