Hey

I'll be moisturizing and sealing my scalp hair and ends July 18-20.

On Tuesday i did the Aphogee 2 step Protein treatment followed up with DC with Olive Oil DC treatment and Moisturized DC with Tressemme Moisturizing DC.

My hair felt a lil too hard so yesterday i DC with Aphogee Keratin 2 min reconsturctor mixed with Olive Oil Deep Conditioning treatment i the Aphogee 2 min recon and the mix i did so i'll add it to my regimen for weekly DC

Wash, deep condition, twist and put up in a bun.

Cowash tomorrow and Sunday, might use some Eden cleansing cowash or APB strawberry mango conditioner. Which ever I have least of.

Apply Garnier leave in conditioning cream.

Seal with peppermint olive oil

Air dry!

Did it all today. Took sew in down, and combed my hair out. My scalp is so sore!!! I haven't really combed my hair in 6 months!!

I d/ced and got a hair cut. I'm back at a bult cut BSL after my traumatic cut to above SL from beyond WL last year. Plan on reinstall in 2 weeks.

Protein Treatment: Milcreek Botanicals Biotin Conditioner

Leave Ins: Distilled Water, Claudies Hair Tea Spritz, HH SCM topped w/ TMN Aunt Cookies Moisture Cream, seal w/ Claudies Khave Oil and heavy seal w/ SD's Mocha Bling Butter

Air Dry and Big Bun it out for these meetings/trainings next week .

- Ten twists saturated with SDot Beauty Hair Butter.
- The twists will stay under a Phony Pony while i work out, and protective style for the next few days until i can get to my deep conditioner.

ronie and myronnie, I guess when I said fro, I should've said wash in go...literally lol...

This will be the first time I've worn it in a fro in a while. Normally I bun (well twist bun) for the week but I want my hair and temples to rest for a few days. I will puff when I go to the gym and moisturize and pineapple at night.

I'm not even going to deal with this humidity and I'm tired of twisting and braiding. I'm just going to let it do what it do. I am experimenting and getting tired of styling.

Thank you! It's so easy to sit up here and be like, I'm going to wear my fro! While my hair is in braids.

Wait until I start taking this ish down. I bet it will be in a bun.

I got you now. I ve done it a few times when I wash my hair late afternoon and I have to work at 7pm. Leave in, seal, puff, and airdry. I will then twist or braid the next day when I get home.

Yes and no, lol. I prefer my length now. As much as I love the convenience of a TWA, I prefer the ease of style at my length. I can just smooth my hair into a bun. It is a pitiful little bun, but it works, lol.
IDareT'sHair I am excited for her too, lol. I could feel her pain. If/when I finally put my hair into a long term PS I will lock my closet and step away from the board.

So many fun things planned for this weekend! Last night I washed and DC'd but I may have to redo it. Think I missed a spot cuz my scalo is itchy. So tomorrow I'll just throw it up into piggy puff tails for a cookout in DC with friends and then wash again that night. I'll be using:
-Miss Jessie's Creme de la Curl to cleanse
-Oyin Honey Hemp to dc
-Pantene Truly Natural to detangle (trying to use it up)
-Light layer of coconut oil before adding Beautiful Curls leave in
-Twist with Oyin Whipped Pudding and HH Sweet Butter pomade *swoon*
-Perm rods, and dry overnight

Not sure about Sat & Sun but tonight I'm deep conditioning. Maybe I'll try the tension method with a brand new blow dryer. Maybe I'll even use my flexi rods if I don't get lazy.

Used Affirm 5n1 for my Mid-Step
Followed up with Affirm's Sustenance under Plastic Cap (20 minutes)
Did a Coffee Rinse & Steamed with Jasmine's Hibiscus 20 minutes
Steamed 20 minutes with Alter Ego Garlic
French Stablizer Plus
Applied Leave-In & Dried under Dryer

Once Dry - Ginko Hair Rx.

I shampooed with the Shea Moisture, dced with AO HSR, used Qhemet BRBC, and sealed with HV Cocasta Shikakai.
