IDareT'sHair, I was surprised! The owner had read my post and reached out to me. This forum does have power. You never know who's reading! :yep:

It didn't dawn on me to contact her. I had just chalked it as a loss.

rileypak, nice APB haul.

I hope I don't buy something else, but that's what usually happens when she has a sale. The common sense thing would be to buy in one haul but I'm always going back to the site and building another cart. :lol:

Just like I have another APB cart with a couple of those pomades.

MileHighDiva, my crazy self heated it up in my microwave without it being on the glass revolving plate (I had taken it out to clean it) and it burned. Burned a hole right through it. Yes, that glass surface is important.

Even though my hard hooded dryer is a little better, my Hot Head did get the job done for my prepoos and was nice to have so I wasn't confined to one space.

NaturallyATLPCH thanks! I really need to stop. I already need (not want, actually NEED) a mini fridge for hair products :hide:
I'm putting myself on a challenge: no hair purchases until the refrigerated hair products get used at least once (not counting butters or stylers; don't really use them but have them). I have a lot of new stuff that hasn't been used and I need to cut it out :lachen: I should do a shop the stash for my friends...

Sorry to hear that about your Hot Head! I bought two in case I did that :lol:
That's really great customer service though for them to reach out and take care of you!
