On second thought you might want to watch out for it. LOLthicknlong said:Also, if you want to avoid thinness, you'll have to trim. I know you dont want to , neither do i, but i'm a little better about it now, because it makes my hair look , thicker, it gives a false look of thickness when i've messed up and thinned the ends.
But now im totally cool with it. I trim with every other Progress Pics, which equals every 6 months. That works pretty well for me..... my hair usually starts to look a tad thinner around the 6-7 month mark (now), and so by 9 months im ready for a trim. I take off about 1/2" which does affect the length some but it does give it a whole fresh, new look. But i believe that trimming it any more frequently would be self-defeating to my progress..... while Im in the grow out phase, that is. Once Ive reached my ULTIMATE goal (Tail Bone length) i'll trim more regularly in order to maintain the pretty, blunt look. But for now my primary concern is avoiding splits (thus, i dust my own split ends weekly) and gaining length. Right now i wear my hair up 85% of the time, so the appearance is less important than its health. And despite the thinning, its still pretty healthy/growing.MrsHouston said:Awesome Lady! Your hair and album are truly an inspiration.
And I second the Puritan Pride biotin...used it before getting preggars and didn't break me out either...however I did have weird dreams about being pregnantOn second thought you might want to watch out for it. LOL
