dang, I wish you would have posted this this morning before I spent 40 dollars on amazon. 20 was the actually products and 20 for shipping. I was searching the web for some coupons but no luck so I just took that 'L'.

Already bookmarking for next product go round.

I bought larger containers (16oz to gallon sizes) of jojoba, avocado, castor, and evo oils and inside of a month all but one (the jojoba) was rancid. This was with proper storage and no (single or cross) contamination. Avocado & EVO (the good stuff) should be or have more of a green base. Everything was one color (gold) and smelled of horrid chemicals. I thought it was just me but it was confirmed when four other people smelled the same thing. Their scents are ok... mediocre at best save for a few.

The customer service sucked and the agent acted as if I was trying to get something for nothing.... which ticked me off tremendously because I have no problem with paying for quality. The entire interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. They never offered to make it right.

But yeah. Never again.

Oh no! Sorry to hear about this. Well, if that's the case I will not use them again. Thankfully I only bought jojoba from them.
