Daviine,
I think it may appear that way. When I dip my hand in it-it reminds me of heavy and thick cool whip. It doesn't drip. Unfortunatley I think I use more because I look at the tub and think my supply is endless! I may put some in a bottle to eliminate some of my use of it.

Does everyone still love this conditioner??? I am contemplating on buying it but if I do buy it I want to buy the tub because I hear it is much better than the bottle, however I dont want to possible waste so much money (and product) if I dont like it. Any recent reviews ladies???

I love this conditioner. It makes my hair super soft and easy to detangle. I love it.

Shampoo is also unbelievable. Great slip from both.

This conditioner is awesome, it makes your hair very, very soft and moisturized. Not to mention it smells divine. Try it, I don't think you'll be dissapointed.:yep:

This product is wonderful. It detangles my hair so well. I love it. Even if I use a different conditioner for my DC, I always add some Keracare Humecto to it to give it that extra detangling and moisturizing benefit. I think you will love it. :yep:

I bought this the other day. HANDS DOWN...this is the BOMB! Love it!

I know... I can only get small bottles for high prices locally, so I had been using the Nexxus products because I could get the huge bottles of those locally. But then, Sam's decided to stop selling the 33L bottle so I took the leap and ordered the 5lb tub of KeraCare Humecto. I am not turning back. You can feel the difference as soon as you put it on your hair.

I brought some the other day..i havent used it yet, but i am looking forward too it..

Is anyone still using this for Moisturizing DC's? If so where are you getting the 5 lb and and new recent reviews?? I'm thinking of trying this..

I just tried it and love it. I had a whole thing of Nexxus so I had to use it up. I got ripped off at my local Walmart charging $12.50 for the bottle but I like it. I left it on for 20 min. The sheen was great and detangling was simple. All I needed was my large toothed shower comb. I wrapped my hair with a serum, dried on low and my hair was very soft and shiny. Smells great too.

I notice that some tubs have a pH of 4.5 and others have a pH of 5.5.

Maybe this is why people are having different experiences with the product.

yes. i just bought it for the first time a few weeks ago and i'm sold. just bought more yesterday!

Humecto lover checking in!

I love it, love it, love it! I've been endorsing this product forever, I should be on Avlon's payroll by now, lol. It's my favorite conditioner of all time and very moisturizing for me. I don't know if I could stretch my touch-ups for so long without it. I use the 5 lb tub.

Thanks ladies
I just purchased the 5 lb tub from paynes.. patiently waiting for it to arrive in the mail:)

I'm waiting for mine to arrive too! I just ordered the 16oz bottle Fri and it will be here Monday...I can't wait to try the new formula

i stopped using it when the old formula was runny, but now it is thick and creamy again. i love the slip it gives me. i just love Keracare period!

I use to love it then all of a sudden it stopped working for me. I've always use the tub. I have a tub under my cabinet now. I scoup some in another container and add water to thin it out for cowashing. I will cowash with it until it's gone.

]I noticed this too. Now I can't do without it. The slip is amazing on my mildly texlaxed hair. Most of KeraCare products are now staples of mine:yep:.
