Okay, so this girl in my cosmetology class did another girl in my class's hair in kinky twists right, and those are the CUTEST kinky twists I have EVER seen! They don't look sloppy or anything, they're perfect (just a lil too small for me). This girl only charges $40 for them, so I'm thinkin in about 2 weeks when I have a lil more new growth.. I'll let her do mine.
My question is, HOW IN THE WORLD do you take care of kinky twists? I mean.. how would you avoid buildup and everything, since I'm guessing you cant exactly "wash" them because they would lose their curl and frizz up. So what are you supposed to do to keep your *real* hair from drying up and breaking off?
One more thing.. what kind of hair are you supposed to buy (is it expensive?)?
TIA ladies. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
