i used my lover salerm 21 last night to flat iron and my hair is sooooooooo soft its crazy. i love salerm 21.

Salerm21. I am guaranteed a soft, bouncy rollerset when I use it. I tried Lacio Lacio and it did not agree with my hair at all. I ended up swapping it away.

I lOVE Lacio Lacio. I think its the silk protein that makes it work so well. And the smell,.,,,,,,Ummmm....scrumptious

lacio lacio has alcohol in it... does this dry the hair out?

Ceteryl alcohol isn't a bad alcohol, it moisturizes. I think (don't quote me) that it is considered a fatty alcohol. Don't worry, the house chemists will be along to correct me if I'm wrong.

At any rate, Lacio doesn't dry my hair out at all; I use it for rollersets.

Hey you're right. It's not water soluble, only fat soluble and it's used as a thickener or as an emulsifying agent to help it blend better.
