How many time do you conditioning wash a week?

I co-wash 1 time in the middle of the week.

As needed. Usually when I feel I can't take not washing my hair anymore. I used to wash daily. Then scaled back to 3x's a week. Now its once on Saturday but if my hair yells at me to co-wash on Weds, I oblige.

Over the summer time I did it like 3-4 times a week. Now I do it anytime I don't have timee to wash my hair and it's very dry. This adds immediate moisture to my hair!

I cw once a week, every Wed. But I am looking to cw every 3 days, on Sun, Tues, and Thurs since I do flexi-rod sets and they only last about a day right now.

I'm currently using OCT at night so I've been co-washing about 4x a week...I'm a newbie and had never heard of co-washing until recently when I stumbled across LHCF...Let me tell you, it has totally made a difference in the health of my hair...
