How many ladies on here managed to grow long hair without all the extras...No hair vitamins or special supplements, no growth aids, no special shakes etc... just TLC?

I'm MBL and all i have done is cowash and detangle.
No growth aides, supplements, mixtures, herbs--i don't even eat healthy or work out!

My hair is not super long yet, but the length it's at now was reached through staying consistent with a simple routine and products that work for me.
Years ago when I first started my journey I tried to do the hair vitamins, MSM, and topical growth aides but quickly realized that it was too much of a commitment for me, or I got adverse results.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say a huge majority of ladies on this board grew their hair with patience and "the basics". Personally, I haven't seen anyone on here claim (with actual proof) that they grew long hair with the extra stuff.
Thanks OP for this thread and thanks ladies for your responses.
Even though I love Chlorella (no pimples since I started yay), I needed to here about being patient. I have noticed no one gives actual proof of ridiculous growth funny with all the growth aide threads. Though I know you can increase thickness, when speed is in question, hair is gonna do what it wants to do.

Because they don't have any proof.
OP, hair grows. Keep your body healthy and take care of the hair you have. You can't rush it, it just takes time.
Yeah, i think that whole patience thing is gonna be my worst enemy. 1 week after my relaxer I was looking for some kind of new growth. My hair is just growing way too slow IMO. I know I'll reach my goal one day, I just wish it was yesterday

you and me both...
Me.
I would say most of the longer hair ladies here don't use growth aids or anything like that. All it takes is patience (lots of patience) and a gentle regimen.
