For some reason my hair is much longer than I thought it was, but my hair is not as thick as some of my sisters on LCHF. The longer my hair gets, the thinner it looks to me. I don't want APL that looks like long thin strands.( I think all of you know what I'm talking about. ) I think my hair woud benefit from some layers. I'd like to know what you think.

VE it!)  I have the thinniest-thin hair on this Forum and I have a thinning crown, but you can't tell (see my avatar) because I use these products/methods.

  Airdrying really helps.
:  I would not get layers.  Instead, I would stop using all direct heat, moisturize my ends daily, wear more protective styles, airdry as much as possible, and consider texlaxing.  I would increase my protein intake and look into some of the supplements previous posters have mentioned.  I would then do gradual trims, as needed, as the hair thickens up.
