What overnight moisturizing treatments do you all use to pamper your hair? I want to do one since I think I have been going a little overboard with the protein treatments.

I have several, but my fav is:
Applying Lustrasilk Cholesterol Aloe Moisturizing Formula! I'll warm it then apply it to my dry hair or slightly damp hair, cover with a plastic cap (cover that with a satin tie down to eliminate the crunch) & go to bed. The next morning, my hair is sooooo silky, moisturized with that jet black wet gloss/sheen, with MEGA uniformed waves & curlies all throughout!
... I luv doing this overnight treatment!
edited to add: I did this same treatment while relaxed, transitioning & now natural. I still get wonderful results!

I use long aid curl activator with a plastic cap. The next morning I put my phony on. My hair stays moisturized all week. That's what people did when they had a jheri curl and their hair grew.
