MTG after touch-up

I have stopped using MTG 2 weeks ago because I gave myself a touch-up yesterday. My question is when should I start using Shapley's MTG?

I usually start using MTG the day after a touch up.

I usually wait till the next time I wash my hair which is a few days after!!!!!

Last time I touched up, I started using MTG the day after and continued for four weeks.
