Great job!

I like to have my henna mix to have pudding-like viscosity.

What was the purpose of mixing all the cinnamon and red wine and stuff in? Whats that do?

cinnamon is said to lighten the hair. and you need some type of acid for faster color release for the henna so i used red wine vinegar for that. I think i will try with lemon next time. I did this mainly for color so I wanted to use everything that had coloring effects. you can do without all the stuff to use for its conditioning properties

i will try to achieve this next time by making more than enough tea. surprisingly it still wasnt hard to rinse out. thats what i feared about henna (and dryness)

Just an update. I feel like my hair is already back to its proper moisture level (most sections.- the front and sides have been a little resistant to moisture. I cowashed with WEN today and left some in. Will be doing this daily all week. I want to overmoisturize before my next henna.
no breakage but i havent combed my hair since i did it.
must schedule henna so that i don't do an aphogee 2 step on the same day
