Natural 4a/bs..................

I was wondering if you have used the soft spiker curlers to curl you natural hair. I want to use the rollers but I dont have dreads. I was wondering if I would get the same results with my natural hair since it is not dreaded.

Oh, those are cool - never seen them before! It would be nice if they could do a nice curl on natural loose hair, too...

Let me tell you something...these things work!! My daughter was a girl scout in an all white troop. They had a sleepover. One of the activities was a makeover. When I picked her up the next day, I was outdone that she had taken out her ponytails to use these rollers. You know we don't like having no white people up in our little girls hair!! One of the leaders had a daughter that did the Irish dancing, so they used them all the time. I was so surprised that my daughter's 3 something hair had lovely spiral curls!! I made a note of the site, but didn't purchase because she was too young to wear her hair out. Thanks for reminding me of these and providing the link. She's in HS and will appreciate the additional styling option.

How do you actually wrap the hair around these and secure it??

I saw an advertisement on another board for these. I was curious about using them on natural hair as well.

I am curious as well!! I know they work great on dreaded hair but I not sure how it will work on my natural loose 4a/b hair. I guess I will have to find out!! I prob. will purchase them this week. When I use them I will update you ladies. I think they would have made my transitioning easier.

You wrap the hair around the stick and when finished secure it by placing the end into the hole at the top.
