Do you find it necessary to do protein treatments on your natural hair?
I ask because in the past, whenever I chose to wear my hair processed, I've always incorporated some kind of protein treatment into my regimen. The times when I've left it unprocessed (like now) I tend to forget about doing them without a second thought. So I was wondering if any other people with unprocessed hair did regular protein treatments, and how useful they find them to be.

-Thanks!

I do makes my hair very strong and helps with breakage and split ends.
