I can only really tell if I do the same style that I did before. My lenghts shows better after that. But just visually, I would say a year.

Aside from blowdryer which I'm trying to avoid right now, looking at my pics of hair in the same stretched styles, i.e. plaits or twists when freshly done. The difference between my hair plaited in Dec 07 and Dec 08 makes me very happy.
