Every week, faithfully. However, I'll do a midweek shampoo or cowash if i need to or feel like it. I love washing my hair. I love it feeling fresh.

I shampoo once a week. I may co-wash on day 3 or 4 if I have product build-up or I want a fresh twistout.

I may shampoo instead of the co-wash if my scalp is acting up.

I wash about once/week. I can't remember the last time I did a conditioner wash - maybe last year or 2010 ... it was never something I got into.

Before I started my fitness program I would wash every two to three weeks (if I push it). This was my first week starting a fitness challenge and the real challenge was not washing my hair. Plan on revising my regimen since I don't plan on giving up exercising.:yep:

I shampoo weekly with a sulfate free shampoo. I never got into co washing. It just leaves buildup on my scalp. I dc every other week. Sometimes I can get away with washing every two weeks. But my hair will feel dry and funny by then.

At least once a week, mostly with Curl Junkie Daily Fix. I'll switch to Kinky Kurly Come Clean for a squeakly clean feeling, if I want to try a new product, or if I have any build up.

I alternate between cowashing and shampooing each week. But I was originally dcing only when I shampoo, but I am changing this to weekly dcing regardless of whether I cowash or not.

For the past month, I have been clarifying with terressentials 1x a month, using a cleansing conditioner weekly, and water rinsing/co-washing whenever I workout (3-5x a week). I DC once a week as well.

I have not really struggled with my hair feeling dry, but have had issues with frizz. My hair frizzes so much less.

1-2 times a week. 1 co-wash and 1 shampoo. I'll sometimes skip the co-wash if my hair doesn't need it, but I HAVE to shampoo at least once a week.

I'm experimenting right now but anywhere from 1 to 3x a week. I alternating using sulfate free shampoo, wen, and conditioner depending on how much cleaning my hair/scalp needs.

I shampoo weekly. No co-washing. It does nothing for me anymore. I wish I could get away with 2 weeks but my scalp ain't havin' it.

I wash bi weekly and i alternte poo with shea moisture coconut hibiscus and Aphogee poo for damaged hair, but i try and dc weekly

Shampoo, condition, ACV twice a week; one of those sessions involves a DC.

SLS or non-SLS shampoos; cone or non-cone conditioners--I'm not picky.

Used to be that I'd wash (with a CV shampoo bar) once a week. Now I'm mixing it up: co-wash 1x (or more, depending) a week for 3 weeks, shampoo bar or clarifying conditioner 1x a month.

shampoo once a month (it might become every 3 weeks)
i co wash in between shapoos as needed - im gonna start trying water washes between shampoos...

as i use no product a part from s curl...my hair can wait.

Usually once a week with an organic shampoo. If I feel ambitious, I co-wash mid-week. Hoping to become better at the latter since I get the itchies very quickly.

I shampoo once a week alternating between Elasta QP Creme Conditioning poo and Roux Porosity control poo

I wash 2 times in a 7 day period usually every Saturday and Tuesday but sometimes I change it. Whenever my scalp is oily or itchy

I wash my hair once every 8-12 days. Sometimes I can make it to two weeks, but my hair is pretty frizzy and needing a wash by then.
