Ladies I have a problem.. My last relaxer was about 3 months ago and I hated it. I used the Optimum relaxer (the new one) and it just dried out my hair  to hell and back. For the longest time I could not figure out what was making my hair so dry it was....it was this crap! I used to use the optimum no-lye it was ok but I want better for my hair. Can you ladies please give me some info on a few good relaxers.. not to drying or to strong.. Thanks....

I am a 4 b some a relaxed lady with shoulder length hair. lost a few inches from last relaxer hell.....

I too am 4b (I think)! I am using the beloved phytorelxer and I am loving it!

It is near impossible for me to get the Phyto in Canada..... Not going to New york until end of summer.....

It does but the C.O.D to clear the Canadian border is $ 56 which is double the price of fthe product itself. I wished I live in the U.S.

I have used Affirm, Mizani and Motions. However, my favorite that leaves my 4a/4b gently relaxed yet straight is Sentonics. I use regular. It keeps your hair HEALTHY!

Wow! Optimum has a new relaxer? I have been using Optimum Care's no-lye relaxer for years and I haven't experienced any damage (to my knowledge). Besides Phtyo, I hear a lot of good things about Creme of Nature's relaxer.

Hey Ladies....

I thank you so much for the responses to my relaxer questions.. I have looked through numerous threads and read all until my eyes were hazy. I have chosen to go with the Mizani relaxer in regular strength it seems alot of you like this relaxer. Back in the day I used to use the Miz shampoo and conditioner and loved it .... Nothing could be as bad as the Optimum stuff I tried the last time ;)
Since discovering LHCF I have learned sooo much.... con washes... surge surge and surge love it .. it did change my hair in about a week ... I swear since april 23 my hair has grown an inch.... :D deep conditioners... etc....

Since losing some inches "Damn Optimum Multi" :wallbash: I believe I am on my way to new lengths.. :woot:

You ladies are great!!

:bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy:
