So, how are we doing, ladies? This is an opportunity to report on any progress you've made, or to let us know if you're having trouble with your hair regimen. We're all new to this, but I'm sure we can help each other through it!
Personally, I admit to slacking a little on the exercise tip. I usually try to work out in the mornings, but I have had trouble dragging my butt outta bed lately
. I need to add a little more cardio into my regimen (I do stength training w/weights 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week - shooting for cardio 5 times a week).
