Hey ladies,
I have been stalking LHCF for weeks and I decided to join. Thanks for all the wonderful hair care advice. Everybody's hair is so pretty and perfect on here... hope i can steal some more secrets! A little bit bout my hair... i am a 2c/3c... half of my hair is wavy and the other side is curly. i recently relaxed my hair... HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! i miss my curly hair :ohwell: But i decided to transition.. currently i am bout 6-8 post relaxer with a nice amount of new growth. My goals involve healthier hair and fully transitioning by the end of 2006. A girl can wish, huh?

@ms. kenesha: girl my bangs are messed up in that pic :lachen: i thought i was going to do a better job than my stylist... so i cut them myself and i didnt want to cut them to short or so long.... but after the first cut, i realized how difficult it was going to be (didnt have the right contact prescription in) so i stopped because i would have kept cutting til there was nothing left just to get it straight. :lol:
 
My first bangs I got at the end of 03 I HAD a stylist do them and they were crooked, like yours so a stylist don't mean a daggone thing. I do my own now, I need to trim them up soon, though they're getting all in my eyeballs now :lol:

I just checked out your album, and your curly hair was beautiful and your relaxed hair now is beautiful too! And you are a beautiful young lady!

Glad we could have you as a member to this forum! :)

btw, best wishes on your transition. I'm transitioning too and can't wait to be natural. ;)

Please share your tips, Peachtree. I know I want to know and I'm sure other transitioners would love some advice, as well. Pretty please with sugar on top. :grin:
