noone in my family likes my natural hair...

my brother every time we travel to his city stops and stares
"what are u doing with your hair?"

my nephews are quite perplexed and begged their mom not to go natural (teenagers)

my 5 yr old niece is the worst... her comments are brutal

you're absolutely right. when i showed the fam my apl hair pics, there was nothing but compliments. no one is doubting that i can get to wl at this point but when i first bc'd, all i got was side-eyes.
