So I've been on my journey for a year now. I've had two major setbacks with Henna and not BCing my damaged hair earlier
I had made it to super sad BSL and got it cut to shoulder length in late April. but my hair is healthy now
and it is a couple of inches longer, but not by much.
Also all of my bleached hair and fried hair in the photos have been cut off.
p.s Forgive me for the mess, its not my room lol

But that was my fault I followed the guide for total color henna, which requires you to use some natural form of acid, such as coffee or lemon, to bring out the pigment of the henna. At the time i had no clue that was a big no no!
