I washed my hair with the shampoo & then Conditioner and then I put the 3-n-1 creame oil moistturizer in my hair now it feels like an SOS pad will never buy it again my mom loves the stuff I'll give it 2 her I am going 2 give the Elucence line a try

I once used their shine serum--big mistake! It was too goopy, no matter how little I used. The smell wasn't great either...

Wow tried all three once and my hair came out really nice. I've been using the 3n1 everyday for a year now and i love it. I still stick with Nexxus though.

Maybe you should use a clarifying poo or treatment, then give the products one more chance. HTH's

This product was a miss for me too, I used it on freshly clarified hair and it made my hair feel like straw. The hair and scalp moisturizer gave my hair a dry yet greasy feel...I was not impressed so I gave away the products.
