2 months minimum usually 3 months at a time, depends on how much growth i get really.

I put in reagular braids I plan to wear 2 months
I wanted twists but couldn't find the hair locally

wow, your kinky twists are SO SO pretty! I checked the bss in my area but no one seems to carry this brand. The lady at C&P told me that Jazzy was not a good brand of hair too use.....I said whatever and left.

You did a fantastic job LD. Your twists are beautiful and they look much better than the kinky twists that I had done in a salon a while ago. I've put the Braids by Breslin dvd on my "To Buy List" and I'm looking forward to learning to care for my own hair. I can do individual braids
but I don't know how to lock in twist.
So how do you lock them in so they don't fall out?

I'm going to the BSS soon to pick up a "practice pack" of hair. I got my Braids by Breslin 4-in-1 DVD last week and it looks pretty easy. I hope to do some practicing over the next couple of weeks and try to do my own twists sometime in May.

I'm so excited!
