POLL - What is the max # of times you will relax per year?

This year I am going for 1. This is my second stretch and so far so good. I am using the C & G method right now so that is good. I am trying to thicken up my hair and try to give it a break. I did so much to my hair last year I am just gratful I got some now. Next year I think I will go for 2

I was just thinking about this awhile back, anyhoo. Im shooting for 4 times this year. Relaxing every 12 weeks. Maybe I can get away with 3, by stretching longer one stretching intervel. Im 11 weeks right now, and still have everything under control. One week to go.

My longest stretch was 16 weeks because I was getting installs back to back. Got some good growth and I'm sure I could've stretched longer but I went ahead and relaxed. I now go 10-12 weeks. I've done some 8 week stretches lately though.

Last year I relaxed between 4 - 8 times, my hair never got straight any of those times. So this year I don't plan to relax at all. It doesn't get straight so why go through all of those changes to straighten.
