Ponytails High Buns And Puffs

Hi i big chopped last may so i am about 8 months post now..anyway how long did it take for you guys to put your hair in high buns , puffs and such? This is my main goal so yeah how long did it take?

Well everyone's hair grows different, but when I was natural it took me about 6 months from a fade to a puff. My hair is really thick and I had a lot of shrinkage, so I never reached ponytail phase unless my hair was straightened.

I could do a puff at about 6 months but at that stage I could still wear it loose in a twa and be cute. At about a year it got big enough where I could get a decent looking full puff.
