How are you mixing it up? Does anyone add any ingredients to make it taste better?

As directed, I mixed about 8-10 ounces of Soymilk with one scoop of the mix. I turned the spoon until my arm started aching and it STILL had lumps. YUCK! I attempted to drink the entire shake but I just couldn't do it. For those of you that commented on the delicious taste, please share your advice so I may enjoy this new addition to my regime as well.

Try using a blender and adding some vanilla extract to improve the taste.

There is even Vanilla flavored soy milk that will make it taste better. If you don't have a blender there are "shake" cups with a special top that blends the powder very well with little to no "lumps" :)

Mucho Gracias Ladies. I will check Target or Bed Bath & Beyond for the shake cup. I'll be sure to post the results.

When I tried it I used one of those shaker glasses. You can get them @ GNC or one of those stores. It really blended it well, and it tasted alright without added ingredients.
