Hi ladies: I just remembered a recipe I used to make when I was just 14 years old. I learned this recipe from my stepfather who is from Guyana, South America. It is a high protein drink and also has a lot of calories so you have to work out ladies or eat less so this doesn't go straight to your hips. But when I drank this, on a daily basis, my hair was stronger and longer and growing. Here it goes and it is delicious!
Ingredients:
2TB peanut butter
1 Cup 1% or 2% milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Dash of nutmeg
1 raw egg
1 TB honey
6 ice cubes
Mix everything in a blender until the ice cubes are chopped up really find yet frothy. Drink and enjoy!

With 1% low fat milk. That's half of my daily allowance, but I guess there is a lot in the drink.

It had a nice, mild peanut butter taste. I used vanilla soy milk and all natural peanut butter. In the future I'm going to try this recipe with almond butter in place of peanut butter and maybe plain fat-free yogurt instead of milk. Thanks for the recipe!
