I have been looking for a good moisturizer. Im torn into between Karen milk and Qhemet amla& Olive Heavy Cream... Which one do you like and why?

I like both for different reasons. I love the Hair Milk on both wet/damp hair and dry hair. It's a nice, fairly light-weight moisturizer and helps me detangle. I can't use it on straightened hair or before flat ironing and my hair won't be greasy or weighed down. AOHC is a lot heavier than the hair milk, so I don't use it on straight styles. I prefer it for bunning or twists. I also don't really like the new scent of aohc, almost citrusy or something. I love KBB's scents and they last for days in my hair.

I love Karen BB for the scents as well :yep:....:lick:

But the Milk is very light to me and for that reason I really wouldn't use it. When I'm looking to add moisture I'm looking for something thick and that's why the Qhemet Alma and Olive Heavy Cream is for me. It gives you a LOT of moisture and its very thick. So IMO, it depends on the type of moisture your looking or need for your hair. Occasional and or light - I'd go with KBB, if your hair is dry and you like thick moisture, I'd go with Qhemet.

they are two very different things. kbb hair milk is my staple leave in and i use it everytime i do my hair. qhemet heavy cream is a moisturizer and i use it to braid or twist or on my fro/out styles. infact sometimes i use the kbb hair milk under the heavy cream.

I love Qhemets AOHC combined with the Olive Honey Hydrating Balm. I have very thick, 4a/4b hair and I use this combo 3xs per week for lasting moisture. It is not too heavy for the summer or too light for the winter (for me). This is my staple combo.

:look:Not a very 'fair' comparison at all.:ohwell:

2 Totally "Different" Products with 2 Totally "Different" Outcomes.

Love 'Em both for those reasons.....:look:
