Question for Adrienne!

Hi there!

You mentioned in another post that you own a HAI convertible flat iron. I am seriously considering buying one for my birthday later this month.

Which of these two do you have?

HAI #1 - currently $60.00 on ebay

or

HAI #2 - currently $95.00 at Folica

The main difference I see is the yellow plastic thing .. I also understand that the thermostat dial is on the iron itself on one model and the chord on the other...

I was wondering how long you had your flat iron...and if you know of any other differences between the models. I would like to get one...to press my new growth a little.

i have Hai #2 on Folica. i've had it since Christmas 2001. the other one is the new & improved version i guess. i'm sure it performs about the same. the thermostat is definitely on the cord on mine. i would get the one on ebay because of the price, girl. i wish i had known about that when i got mine. i would have just bought it myself and asked for jewelry for Christmas!
