I just bought a skin/hair/nails multi vitamin type thing. I've attached a picture showing what it has in it - does this sound ok? Is there anything major missing that is particularly good for hair? I'm also trying a garlic supplement at the moment.

I agree you have to drink lots of water with these supplements. My doctor just told me to cool it on all my vitamins and supplements, she said it was causing me to get stomach inflammation and sensitive stomach. I was taking a hair vitamin last year and I loved it but gave it up due to bad headaches and stomach issues.

I would pass on this product.

100% iron daily is excessive. Iron is toxic if you dont need it so unless your doc says youre anemic, it might not be safe for you.
